How long will it take my order to get to me?
Most orders take between 7-10 business days to be delivered to the customer. Our processing time usually takes 2-6 business days. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but you have the option to choose FedEx Second Day or Overnight Shipping if you need your delivery sooner. Priority Mail takes between 1-3 business days depending on location.
Sorority presale items take 7-10 business, after order closing, to be delivered to our facility. Items are then shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail (unless another option is chosen at checkout) which takes about 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Why does the color of my item look different than when I ordered it from your website?
Audre&Anna cannot guarantee specific colors but we work very hard to ensure that the color(s) you choose when you order are as close as possible to what you see on your delivered garment or product.
Why did my order come in separate packages?
Audre&Anna utilizes several wholesaling companies to be able to provide you with fabulous products and garments and sometimes it is necessary to have your package shipped out directly from the wholesaler. In this case, your package may not have the name Audre&Anna attached to the package but if, for any reason, you have a problem with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Can I mail in something I own to be monogrammed?
Unfortunately, Audre&Anna cannot accept personal garments to be monogrammed.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping but we hope to in the future!
Do you offer rush shipping?
We do offer FedEx Second Day Shipping and FedEx Overnight shipping. Please keep in mind that this does not rush the PRODUCTION process which will still take 2-6 business days. If, after you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number, you do not receive your package in the estimated amount of time, please contact us so we can assist you.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! All orders $100 and above qualify for Free Shipping. When you have $100 or more worth of items in your cart, just choose the Free Shipping option at Checkout.
Do you have a storefront I could visit?
Audre&Anna operates exclusively online so that we can reach a wider range of customers.
Can I bulk order for my group or organization?
At this time, we only offer bulk ordering for Sorority Life merchandise and apparel items. If you require bulk ordering for your purchase, please contact us BEFORE buying, to let us know which item you would like, how many of the item and by when.
